Every useful answer declares what it knows.
Official facts, deterministic interpretation, local calculations and applicant reports are never silently mixed.
1. Evidence labels
- Official source: a linked government publication.
- Official response: an attributable authority reply.
- Community report: applicant-entered facts, not independently verified.
- Prepiska analysis: a disclosed calculation, translation or classification.
2. Numbers retain their unit
Files, applications, Council reviews, proposals, people and decrees are different units. Prepiska never manufactures a live queue from incompatible publications.
3. Status interpretation fails closed
Known Bulgarian phrases match a reviewed local dictionary. Unknown wording produces no invented explanation and asks the user to choose a broad stage.
4. Action rules are versioned
Route, stage and month-level dates select fixed administrative questions. The result is editable information—not representation, eligibility advice or an outcome forecast.
5. Maps show evidence—not identity
Country borders and numbered places provide sourced context. They never establish every resident’s identity, ancestry or citizenship eligibility.
6. Source changes are quarantined
The source watcher records hashes and change signals. A changed page or PDF is quarantined until its period, unit, definition and totals are manually reviewed.
7. Known limits remain visible
Official reports are periodic; definitions and portal wording can change; no public label reveals a true internal queue position or decision date.
Movement Radar rules
Official workload and decree totals are institutional context only. They are never divided into the backlog to produce a personal ETA.
Community data is self-reported. Prepiska does not verify identity or documents; self-selection, mistakes or manipulation may distort the results.
Only reports confirmed within 90 days are active. Counts are rounded to the nearest five and may not sum. Cohorts stay hidden below 20 reports; expanded fields unlock at 50. A transition range needs 20 comparable completed transitions and spans their 20th–80th percentiles.
- A management key updates one history; it does not verify a person or case.
- Small status groups are suppressed rather than exposed.
- Impossible or negative transitions are excluded from displayed ranges.
- Reported time in a stage is not a promise of the next decision.
- Every result is labelled Official, Community-reported or Prepiska analysis.
